Tom Santos

NMLS #332212 is an Area Manager for Branches in Riverside and Los
 Angeles Counties, primarily originating out of our Temecula Office 
With over 25 years of mortgage industry experience, he continues a 
well-balanced approach to originating loans and managing branches.
Tom has maintained Top Loan Officer and Top Branch recognition over
his career. His knowledge of the industry allows consumers clear and
concise answers, simple options, and the ability to assist a new first-time homebuyer to a high net-worth investor. His passion for pursuing
the best option for you – the consumer, is partially what has driven him
to be the trusted mortgage advisor for thousands of happy repeat clients over the years. He maintains,

My goal is to lay-out options for 
each consumer and what is best for the consumer only. We start with
down payment assistance and go from there. I put my customer’s
needs first and everything else seems to fall in-place. This is capped off by a smooth and on-time 30 days closing. We strive to close on-time, every time.

Tom offers vast knowledge of FHA, VA, Fannie Mae,
Freddie Mac, USDA, Jumbo, Manufactured Housing, and Hud 184 
Products. He is also endorsed by the State of California – Calhfa.

Tom Santos moved to the Temecula Valley in 1993. Since then, he has formed a team that consists of two loan officer assistants, one main processor, two closers, and several underwriters. This team has been hand-chosen to meet and exceed consumer’s needs on a daily basis. This great team is the main reason Tom Santos closes on-time – every time. Tom Santos and his team commits to each potential client, Thursday Updates, Friday Realtor Updates, availability after-hours and weekends, and offering highly competitive rates and terms.

Tom Santos is also able to find time to host Mortgage Madness Radio & Blog Weekly. He feels he is bringing some sense to all of the madness in the mortgage and real estate industry weekly. With his management, originating, and customer service experience of over 25 years, he articulates product updates, industry movement, what to watch out for, interest rates, and overall real estate and mortgage knowledge to his clients and listeners weekly.

Tom over the years has given back some of his success to local families by managing girls travel softball, his philanthropy has allowed families of players to be coached by the best, play the best college showcases, and all without a fee. This opportunity over the years, allowed for local young female athletes a local platform to gain acceptance and full-scholarships at major D-I Colleges, ie West Point, Purdue, Wisconsin, Villanova, Cal State Fullerton, Loyola Marymount, Sacramento State, and University of the Pacific to name a few. In his off-time, he loves to spending time with his family, fishing, and watching baseball/football


Jennifer Ortiz

Jennifer has been a part of the Mortgage Madness Radio Show for several years now.
She is a great contrast to Tom Santos, bringing a lighter-side to the show. Her knowledge of the mortgage and real estate industry, as a whole, brings added value to all of our listeners. She adds a lot of charm and charisma, as well.

Jennifer has a well-rounded approach to the industry – starting in the title/escrow industry and transitioning Mortgage Lending about 13 years ago. Santos adds, “Jennifer’s 17+ years of total experience brings a lot of depth To the Mortgage Madness Radio Show.” Jennifer’s title and escrow industry experience has afforded her to learn what it takes to help consumers thru the process and thru the eyes of a consumer. “This is the most important facet of keeping clients happy, understanding what works for them and what doesn’t. What bothers a consumer and what works, this was often learned thru escrow because we would always be told everything about the lender and the realtors. This knowledges has helped me, help our team to be the best we can for our clients,” says Ortiz.

With regards to Mortgage Lending, Jennifer works daily with consumers, the flow of their files, and Customer-details. Additionally, a positive experience is what all consumers are looking for in today’s mortgage marketplace, ie testimonials, reviews, and the overall experience. Santos adds “Jennifer knows what it takes to complete a mortgage from start-to-finish and does it with a smile.
